Announcing the new Youreka Enlighten Academy - November 2022

It is our pleasure to announce the Youreka Enlighten Academy, a self-paced online learning experience designed to teach you about Youreka and how to best leverage it within your organization!

What is the Youreka Enlighten Academy?

The Youreka Enlighten Academy is our new online learning experience to train Youreka customers and partners on what Youreka can do and how best to configure it for your organization's needs. Courses cover everything you need to become a Youreka Template Builder, a Youreka Administrator and a Youreka Architect. The Enlighten Academy also enables you to become Youreka Certified once you've completed courses and successfully passed our Certification Exam(s).

Why are we moving from Rise Youreka 101 to the Youreka Enlighten Academy?

Youreka has evolved a lot since the Rise Youreka 101 course was created and we wanted to provide a more relevant and robust learning experience to reflect this evolution. We know the more you understand about how to implement Youreka within your organization, the better your experience will be.

I've completed some/all of the content in the old system. How can I transition to the Youreka Enlighten Academy?

It is important to note the new LMS covers a lot more learning content than the old course. Although it’s not a 1:1 relationship, the old LMS content most closely corresponds with the Template Builder Learning Track in the Enlighten Academy.

• If you have started the content in the old system but haven’t completed more than 50% of it, we recommend you:
  • Start fresh with our new updated content in Enlighten Academy by contacting us at success@youreka.io. You can still decide to push forward with the current course, but you must complete it by Monday, December 12, 2022. Keep in mind our new content is much more robust, so we encourage you to start fresh if possible.
• If you are close to finishing the content in the old system, you can:
  • Choose to start fresh in the new Enlighten Academy by contacting us at success@youreka.io, or
  • Complete the content in the current course before Monday, December 12, 2022, then
• If you have already finished the content in the old system or if you complete it prior to Monday December 12, 2022, you can:
  • Ask us at success@youreka.io to be registered into a special bridging certification exam (15 questions instead of the full 30) in the Enlighten Academy to get Template Builder Certified.
  • Beyond the above, if you choose, you’ll be ready to continue with your Youreka journey by moving onto Administrator and Architect content to expand your knowledge even further!
