As you may be aware, Salesforce is deploying Enhanced Domains in all orgs starting with their Winter ’23 and Spring ’23 releases, with the option to disable the feature until the Winter ’24 release. With the Winter ’24 release, Enhanced Domains will be enforced.
What is Enhanced Domains?
The Enhanced Domains setting changes the URL of some pages throughout Salesforce to be more compliant with newer browser requirements. For more information about this, see Salesforce’s article on Enhanced Domains.
How does this impact Youreka?
Enhanced Domains are the next evolution of My Domain in Salesforce. The changes will impact existing Visualforce pages in the Youreka managed package. Youreka has identified a few issues in how Visualforce pages were being called and have corrected these in our most recent patch (released November 23). Further testing is being conducted to identify any other issues that might arise when enabling Enhanced Domains.
When can we expect Youreka to be fully compliant with enabled Enhanced Domains?
Last week we released a patch update to the AppExchange to address any issues we have found so far. We will continue testing and correcting any remaining issues and expect to have this complete in our Ohm release, planned for January of 2023.
How do I get the patch release of Youreka?
Similar to other new releases, the patch version of Youreka is available from the AppExchange.
