Sometimes it's easier to grant the Customer Success team login access to your org to facilitate troubleshooting. You can give us access without using up your Salesforce or Youreka Licenses. If one of the Youreka team members requests login access, follow these steps to get started!
Please note, this is helpful if we need to troubleshoot configuration, or get a closer look at your data. It does not give us login access to your org using the Youreka Mobile App.
How to grant login access
- Log into Salesforce
- In the upper-right corner of your browser, click on the profile icon, then select Settings.
- On the left menu, select Grant Account Login Access.
- Find Youreka Labs, Inc. Support in the list, and select the duration you would like to grant us login access. 1 week is usually plenty of time, but please feel free to select what makes the most sense for you.
- Send your OrgID to the person requesting access so we know which org to access. Not sure how to find your OrgID? Follow these instructions.
