With Salesforce’s Winter ‘24 release, we’ve learned of an update that could impact some Youreka customers.
Who is impacted?
Customers whose orgs have been updated to Winter ‘24 and
- Have enabled the session setting Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components and Aura components and
- Are currently using Youreka’s (Youreka New Form Button, Youreka Forms Related List, Youreka Form) Custom Lightning Web Components(LWC)
How are you impacted?
- Users attempting to access existing forms from the Youreka Forms Related List could see “page not found” errors in the Youreka Form LWC.
- Users attempting to create new forms using the Youreka New Form Button LWC may observe that clicking the buttons does nothing at all.
What can you do?
While Youreka works to correct this incompatibility in our LWC, please disable the Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components and Aura components session setting. In order for you to observe a change, you may need to log out of Salesforce and back in, or clear your browser cache.
Youreka will provide an update when you are able to re-enable this setting.
What happened?
Part of the Winter ‘24 release included an addition to Lightning Web Security (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_lc_lws_distortion_changes.htm) which we’ve found to be incompatible with our current Lightning web components.
