Reactor 3 MDM Update Requirements - January 2024

Hello Valued Customers,

With the launch of Reactor 3 we've made some changes to the MDM configuration for utilizing custom domains in the Youreka New mobile app.

If you're using the Youreka New mobile app and have an existing MDM configuration

• You MUST change your existing configuration to match our new design : Youreka App Configuration.
  Any delay in doing this prior to upgrading to the Reactor 3 mobile app (3.3.3) could disrupt the ability for the mobile app to launch for users.

If you DON'T utilize an MDM or any mobile app configurations for custom domains

• No action needed
