Introducing Youreka Maps, designed to dynamically adjust to real-time conditions and optimize routes efficiently. A technician can still see the various Mobile Cards or Forms assigned to them in a list view but now they have the added capability to view them on top of a Map. Technicians can view their assigned tasks as pins on a map, directly seeing the proximity and relation of each task to their current location. No more jumping from another mapping application back to Youreka, opening each mobile card up one at a time to see its location or navigating to various sites without knowing the best route to complete their jobs for the day. Additionally, depending on the organization's setup, technicians might see nearby appointments not assigned to them, offering the chance to assist colleagues and improve overall team efficiency.
Imagine this: You are a field technician, traveling in your service vehicle, day-to-day, going from site to site, to complete various tasks and maintenance. Currently, the only way to determine which site to go to next is to follow the work that was assigned to you and drive from one site to the other or plan your day out which may involve looking up the address of each site and mapping out the order in which you complete them.
The downside of this current experience is
- Increased Truck rolling. A technician may spend most of their day driving from site to site
- Dependency on other tools outside of Youreka
- Insufficient use of time
Unlocking a World of Possibilities
Youreka's Maps Feature brings a new dimension to user experience by overlaying mobile cards or forms onto maps. This integration not only enhances the visual appeal but also significantly improves the functionality and practicality of mobile data management.
Key Features
Visual Insights
With the Maps Feature, users can now visualize their mobile cards or forms in a geographical context. This visual representation allows for a quick understanding of the spatial distribution of data, facilitating better decision-making and analysis.
User-Friendly Interface
Youreka prioritizes user experience, and the Maps Feature is no exception. The intuitive interface allows even non-technical users to effortlessly navigate through their mobile cards or forms on the map, making it accessible for a diverse range of users.
Use Cases
Field Service Management
For organizations with field service teams, the Maps Feature is a game-changer. Field agents can visualize their assigned tasks on a map, optimizing routes, and improving overall efficiency.
