Hello Youreka Community,
In light of yesterday’s service interruption that affected some customers and aligned to our goal of delivering stable, dependable solutions, we made a few changes to our release timeline. In addition to release dates, we’ve adjusted our plan to provide access to the old Youreka mobile app a.k.a. “the Blue App.”
Summary:
- Solar release date is moving from today, March 13, 2024 to March 20, 2024 - delayed by one week.
- Solar webinar is moving from March 14, 2024 to March 20, 2024.
- We’re extending migration assistance and access to the old Youreka Mobile app for an additional 90 days. The old Youreka Mobile app will be accessible on app stores until June 30, 2024. End of Life for the old Youreka Mobile app is still July 1, 2024, at which time the old app will no longer be available on app stores and only the new app will be supported.
To reiterate the importance of migrating, below are the top 3 reasons our customers must migrate to the new Youreka Mobile app prior to the end of June.
Reason | Impact |
Provide Support & Security | Youreka’s old mobile app contains frameworks and libraries nearing end of life. In order for Youreka to continue to provide a secure, stable solution - customers must migrate to the new mobile app prior to July 2024. |
Improved Performance | The new mobile app is substantially more performant with regards to sync processes and wait times imposed upon the user. |
Access New Features |
All new mobile features we’ve released for the last 14 months (5 major releases) have been made exclusively available on the new mobile app. |
