Introducing Sketch Pad: Revolutionizing Form Experience with Visual Context
We at Youreka are thrilled to unveil our latest enhancement with the Turbine release: Sketch Pad. This innovative feature redefines the traditional form-filling experience by seamlessly integrating a digital sketch pad, empowering users to convey their thoughts and ideas with unparalleled precision and clarity.
Benefits
Enhanced Form Experience
Gone are the days of tediously filling out forms question by question. With Sketch Pad, users can now effortlessly enrich their submissions by providing detailed sketches directly within the form interface. Whether it's annotating a blank canvas or overlaying insights onto a template image, Sketch Pad empowers users to articulate their thoughts visually, transcending the limitations of conventional text-based responses.
Streamlined Communication
The beauty of Sketch Pad lies in its ability to add depth and context to form submissions with minimal effort. Instead of grappling with answering long text questions, users can simply sketch out their ideas, effectively communicating complex concepts with ease. This not only expedites the data collection process but also fosters clearer communication between stakeholders, leading to more informed decision-making.
Seamless Integration
Furthermore, a portion of Sketch Pad seamlessly integrates with our existing photo markup experience, providing users with a comprehensive toolkit for visual communication. This synergy between Sketch Pad and photo markup elevates the form-filling experience to unprecedented heights, empowering users to express themselves with unparalleled clarity.
Unlocking Creativity
At Youreka, we understand that innovation thrives on creativity. With Sketch Pad, we're not just simplifying form completion; we're unlocking new realms of creativity and expression. Whether it's brainstorming ideas, annotating diagrams, or sketching out prototypes, Sketch Pad empowers users to unleash their imagination, transforming mundane forms into vibrant canvases of creativity.
How to Setup
Setting up this feature is quite simple! It is available as a new question type in Template Builder and can be easily dragged into a Standard or Linked Section. Once that's done, the user has the ability to determine if the Sketch Pad will be presented as a blank canvas or as an image in the Complete Forms experience. It’s also best to mention that the Sketch Pad question type works best in a single column section. There are some UI constraints when including it in a multi-column section.
