Spring ‘25 Sandbox Preview Template Builder Impact - January 2025

We've recently identified an issue with the Salesforce Spring '25 sandbox preview release that is causing some template builder buttons to become unresponsive. We are actively investigating the cause of this very high-priority issue and will continue to provide updates on this page.

We realize that this sort of issue can impact work processes and are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Until this issue is resolved, you will need to work in sandbox environments that have not yet been upgraded to Spring ‘25:

• If you have any sandboxes that were refreshed after January 2, they were likely *not* upgraded to Spring 25 and should continue to work properly.
• New sandboxes and newly refreshed sandboxes from production will retain the same release version that your production org has and should not exhibit this behavior.

Salesforce appears to have pushed an update that has corrected this issue. Please create a case if you find that you continue to experience any issues with the template builder after the Spring '25 update.
