Form Translations 

Introducing Form Translations: Unlocking Multilingual Support in Youreka

With the Voltage release, we are thrilled to introduce Form Translations, an innovative feature designed to meet the needs of our diverse and multilingual user base. Available in Youreka on Pulsar and Youreka Web, this feature translates essential form elements—Section Labels, Question Labels, Question Value Labels, and free text—into the language that suits each user best. 

This feature is NOT available in Youreka Mobile. 

Note: Youreka Web refers to the web Forms experience in Salesforce plus viewing the form on the Form’s Detail page. 

Form Translations takes the guesswork out of working with forms in different languages. Whether users are completing forms in the field or reviewing details in the web interface, they can rely on a seamless translation experience tailored to their preferences.

How Does it Work? 

Form Translations offer two intuitive ways to ensure forms are displayed in the desired language:

User Preferred Language:

Users can set their preferred language in their profile. Whenever they open a form, it will automatically translate to this language if needed, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Language Change Experience:

Users now have the flexibility to change the form language on the fly. While viewing a form, they can select from a list of available languages. Once chosen, the form's Section Labels, Question Labels, and Question Value Labels will be translated instantly, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Features 

Automatic Translations: Forms adapt to the user’s predefined preferred language every time they open them.

On-Demand Language Switching: Users can manually select a new language while viewing a form, with translations applied immediately.

Consistent Coverage: Translates core elements of the form, including Section Labels, Question Labels, and Question Value Labels.

Availability Across Platforms: Supported in both Youreka on Pulsar (for Windows devices) and Youreka Web, ensuring consistent functionality whether online or offline.
