Youreka Maps + ArcGIS Enterprise = More Mapping Power!
We’re taking Youreka Maps to the next level with an ArcGIS Enterprise integration! Organizations using ArcGIS Enterprise can now bring their layer data directly into Youreka Maps, giving field teams even more powerful location-based insights. Whether online or offline, technicians can access the same rich map layers they rely on in the office—right from their mobile devices. This enhancement ensures that businesses with high-security or highly contextualized GIS data can leverage Youreka’s seamless mapping capabilities without compromising data control or accessibility.

How Does it Work?
Your organization will need to have an arcGIS Enterprise account set up with layer data created and stored. You will then need to collect api keys for each layer and input them within Youreka. Once that information is properly stored, you will be able to seamlessly access all of that layer data within Youreka Maps!

PDF Translations
Advanced PDFs, Now in Any Language!
Your documents should speak the same language as your teams! With this update, Advanced PDF Generation now supports automatic translations, ensuring that forms and reports generated in Youreka match the PDF language that was defined. Whether you’re working with multilingual teams, international customers, or compliance requirements, this feature eliminates the need for manual translation efforts. Now, when generating PDFs from completed forms, labels and values will be translated based on the PDF language setting—keeping communication clear and consistent.

How Does it Work?
Organizations will need to procure a license for Advanced PDF Generation as well as set it up properly. For PDF Translations, users can easily define the PDF language in Youreka Public Settings. For comprehensive steps on how to set this feature up, please visit this knowledge article.
With translations now supported in Advanced PDF Generation, Youreka ensures that critical form data is clearly communicated in any language. This enhancement removes language barriers, improves documentation accuracy, and streamlines workflows for global teams. Whether for compliance, customer interactions, or internal reporting, your PDFs will now reflect the preferred language of your users, making information more accessible and consistent across your organization.
Note: With the Watt release, Youreka has deprecated the old method of invoking PDFs - disco.Invoke_CreatePDFs.startCreatePDFs(). If the invocation method is defined in your environment, please update it to the new method - disco.Invoke_CreatePDFs_v2.startCreatePDFs(). If it isn’t updated, an exception error will be thrown. This new invocation method was created to ensure for faster PDF creation!
Shared Linked Section Answer Translations
Seamless Translations for Shared Linked Sections Read-Only Answers
Shared data should be understood by everyone—no matter the language! With this update, read-only shared linked section answers now support translations, ensuring that data copied across multiple forms appears in the correct language for each user. Whether you’re working with global teams or multi-language workflows, this enhancement helps prevent misinterpretation of important information. By extending translations to shared linked sections, we’re making it easier for teams to share and understand data across different languages—without additional effort.

Automatic Translations for Read-Only Shared Linked Sections – Translated content now carries over when linked section answers are shared between forms.
Consistent with Youreka’s Translation Capabilities – Works alongside existing translation features to provide a unified experience.

How Does it Work?
Organizations will need to be familiar with Form Translations and the required setup for that feature. There will also need to be additional Translations created on the object on which fields will be translated. By enabling translations for read-only shared linked section answers, Youreka ensures that shared data remains clear and consistent across languages. This enhancement eliminates language gaps, improving collaboration and understanding for multilingual teams. Now, users can confidently rely on shared responses, knowing that the information is accurately translated and seamlessly integrated into their workflows.
Fixes and Improvements
Youreka
- Improved the Form Detail page to no longer have Form Level Photo UI
- Improved the login process to prevent a scenario where users were logging into Salesforce when Youreka was in offline mode
- Fixed an issue with required questions not rendering correctly in standard PDFs
Youreka for Pulsar
- Fixed an issue where Linked Section “Add” and “Delete” Icons were not appearing properly
- Fix to an issue where forms were not opening on Pulsar for iOS Devices
- Fixed an issue where required Linked Sections were missing the asterisk to identify them as required
- Solved an issue where guided validation did not navigate users into Linked Sections with any errors
- Fixed an issue with the lookup field not being populated in Shared Linked Sections
- Solved a problem where saving a form caused duplicated Shared Linked Section records and Red Box errors
- Fixed a bug where changing pages or clicking ‘Save and Close” caused any new changes to be unsaved
- Fixed an issue where changing pages could cause errors on the form
