E-Signature Time Stamping
Track Every Signature with Precision
In our commitment to enhancing accountability and audit trails, the new E-Signature Time Stamping feature automatically logs the exact moment an e-signature is provided. This functionality is seamlessly integrated into every form across Youreka Web, Mobile, and Youreka for Pulsar, ensuring that every signature is accurately timestamped for compliance and verification purposes.
Key Features
Automatic Timestamp Field- A new “Last Updated” field is automatically generated beneath every e-signature answer. The field is centrally aligned to maintain a clean, organized interface.
Cross-Platform Availability- Fully supported in Youreka Web, Youreka Mobile, and Youreka for Pulsar.
Read-Only Format - The timestamp field is locked to prevent accidental modifications, ensuring data integrity.
Seamless Integration - The field appears immediately after the e-signature entry, providing real-time feedback on when the signature was captured.
Consistent Data Capture - Guarantees that every e-signature has an associated date and time record without manual intervention.

How Does it Work?
When a user answers an e-signature question on a form, the system automatically generates a “Last Updated” field directly below the answer. This field captures the precise date and time when the signature was provided and is displayed in a centered, read-only format. The Last Updated field will be updated on the e-signature answer record in Salesforce and can be referenced by users. This integration occurs across all platforms (Web, Mobile, and Pulsar), ensuring consistent behavior and accurate data logging without any extra steps from the user.
The only thing required for setup is ensuring the Last Updated field is added to the Answer Page Layout. Get started today!
Advanced PDF Enhancements
Revolutionizing Document Generation and Management
Our Advanced PDF Enhancements are set to transform the way you interact with the Advanced PDF Generation feature in Youreka. In this release, we have deprecated the old PDF fields and replaced them with a more robust and efficient PDF Request Queue system. This new approach not only improves the speed of PDF generation but also streamlines error tracking and status monitoring. There is also now a “PDF Owner” field that exists on the record. This field defines the user or individual requesting the PDF generation.

Deprecation of Legacy PDF Fields- The original PDF fields on forms have been fully retired to pave the way for a more modern solution.
Introduction of PDF Request Queue Records -All PDF generation requests are now logged in the PDF Request Queue. This queue provides detailed status updates and error messages related to PDF processing.
Error Management Improvements - Error details are centralized in the queue, removing clutter from the form detail pages.
Enhanced Performance - Significant improvements in PDF generation speed, ensuring faster document processing.
Robust Back-End Processing - The new system handles high volumes of PDF requests more efficiently, reducing processing times even under heavy loads.

How Does it Work?
When a PDF is requested, the system routes the request to the new PDF Request Queue, where each request is logged with a status update and any error messages if applicable. Since the PDF Request Queue is implemented as a standard Salesforce Object, users can now take full advantage of Salesforce List Views to filter, sort, and manage records directly from the UI. Additionally, the updated back-end processes have been optimized to significantly reduce the time it takes to generate each PDF, ensuring a more responsive experience across the platform. Fixes and Improvements
Youreka
- Improved system stability by resolving timeout issues encountered during Advanced PDF generation
- Fixed an issue impacting the reliability of asynchronously cloning multiple forms in parallel.
Youreka for Pulsar
- Resolved an issue where removing a photo from a form prevented further photo additions
- Fixed a problem with Free Text formatting not displaying correctly, both with and without translations
- Corrected an error that caused duplicate photos to be attached to a photo question when multiple photos were selected
- Addressed a bug where deleting one photo inadvertently removed multiple photos
- Increased the size of labels and text within the form to improve readability
- Fixed an issue with Sync Handlers not functioning properly following the Watt Release
New Metadata (for Profiles/Permission Sets)
