Extension Packs are solutions that help accelerate the Youreka implementation process. This extension pack includes a lightning web component and several reports that help you analyze your Youreka usage.

Installing the Package

*Requirements: Be sure to have Youreka Watt(v. 3.530) installed in your org*

Installing this package is the same process as installing any other package within your Salesforce org.  Here is an example support article on the installation process.  The Extension Pack can be installed in a production or sandbox environment. Here are the installation links:

Please install for all profiles or specific profiles who will be viewing dashboards.

After installation, find the Youreka Org Health Status tab in the App Launcher

The Org Stats tab will give you information about the Youreka features you're utilizing and other information about your Youreka usage, including

• Total Youreka Form Templates by Status - Displays a list of the number of Form Templates based on their status. Status values are 'In Use', ''Drafting' and 'Inactive'
• Total Youreka Answer records - Displays the total number of Answer object records in the database
• Recently Completed forms - If you have field history tracking enabled for the Save Complete field on the form object, Displays the 10 most recently submitted Forms in the org
• Mobile Available Forms - Displays the top 10 users by the amount of Forms they currently own that are mobile available
• Field Linked Objects Used on Forms Now - Displays the list of objects currently used as Field Links in Youreka Forms
• Recent PDF Generation Events - Displays the number of recent Advanced PDF generation events (over a rolling 24 hr period)
• This Week's Form Errors - Displays any form errors that have occurred within a rolling 7 day period.
• Most Used Form Templates - Displays the top 5 used Form Templates and a count of the Forms currently related to each

The Reports tab will help you understand the health of your organization's Youreka implementation. 

• In Use Form Templates, mobile and not - Displays all of your in-use form templates, and which are available on mobile devices. Mobile available templates should be limited to only those templates from which you want to allow your mobile users to create forms ad-hoc. They should not include forms that are only pre-created.
• Unlocked Mobile Forms by Owner - Displays a list of the number of mobile available and unlocked Forms owned by each user. All of the forms listed for a user will be downloaded to their mobile device with each full sync. For any given mobile user, this number, added to the number on the Mobile form Shares by User report will give you the total number of forms that are syncing to their device. High totals can impact mobile performance, responsiveness, and sync times.
• Unlocked Mobile Forms by Age - Displays the number of mobile available and unlocked forms in the org, grouped by age in 30 day increments. This can be an indicator of insufficient form life cycle settings that may leave forms available on devices for much longer than should be necessary.
• Unlocked Mobile Forms by Template/Status - Displays the numbers of unlocked mobile available by status, per template. This can show you if your form lifecycle settings are sufficient per template, and org-wide.
• Mobile Form Shares by User - If your org uses Mobile Form Shares to make forms available on users' mobile devices, this will show you the number of forms shared and available on each user's device. For any given mobile user, this number, added to the number on the Unlocked Mobile Forms by Owner report will give you the total number of forms that are syncing to their device. High totals can impact mobile performance, responsiveness, and sync times.
• Form Lifecycle for All Templates - Displays the form lifecycle settings for all Form Templates. Templates are grouped by status.
