Objective
After reading this article, you will understand how to log into Youreka's mobile application.
Before you get started
This article might be helpful before you read further:
Basic Instructions
Mobile users log into the Youreka Mobile App by using their Salesforce username and password.
Considerations for logging into the Youreka Mobile App:
- Are you logging in to a production (or developer) org vs. sandbox org?
- Does your organization require users to log in using a Custom Domain (MyDomain)?
Logging Into Youreka Mobile As A Community User or With Single Sign-On
With Youreka's Communities license types, Salesforce customer and partner community users are also able to use the Youreka Mobile App to complete forms with or without a data connection.
Additionally, if your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to grant access to Salesforce, it will also be used to access the Youreka Mobile app, by way of a custom domain.
Because users in both scenarios must access their respective communities or salesforce via a special login page, the same is true for when they log in to the Youreka Mobile app.
Note: API Enabled setting must be granted to community users in their profile or in a permission set. Also, a data connection must be available when logging in, but may be dropped once appropriate syncing has occurred.
