Use the Data Management menu to view and manage data that the mobile device is currently storing. Users can see which items are synced with Salesforce, and which items are not yet synced.
The Data Management page shows counts for the number of Form Templates, My Forms, All Forms, Launchpads, Photos and unsynced Forms and Photos on the device.
Offline Object Records / Prep for Offline
By tapping Prep for Offline, users can prime the app with all of the records that the administrator has allowed (through the Offline Data menu). This feature is what makes it possible for creating Form records and utilizing lookups in an offline state.
Discard Local Data
Users can also select Discard Local Data to remove Salesforce object records, and forms stored locally on their devices. Any information not yet synced with Salesforce will be discarded.
