Introduction
In this article, we're going to talk about the simplest way to create a form; manually, and one-at-a-time. There are obviously many ways to create individual records in Salesforce, but here are just a few examples:
Create Forms on the Forms Tab
Just like any other record in Salesforce, users can visit the record's tab and click the New action in the top right corner.
Create Forms on Forms Related Lists
If your form templates link to other records in Salesforce, you can visit the Forms related list of those records and create a Form. For example, if your forms are linking to Accounts, you can create a Form from the Account record page by selecting New in the Forms related list.
Create Forms on the Form Template Page
When viewing a Form Template in Salesforce, you can click New Form to create a new Form Record specifically related to that template. They can also select whether they want to save the incomplete form, or complete the form immediately.
