When using Youreka, it's important to remember that in order for a user to complete a form, the form must have been created in the first place. Think of Youreka's forms in the same way that you might a paper form. A paper form must be printed in order for someone to fill it out. This concept is true with Youreka, where every Form is its own record in Salesforce, and each of these Form records represents an instance where a user will fill out information.
Again, because Forms are their own object in Salesforce, there are many ways that you could create and assign them out to your users.
However, what is true every time is that when creating a Form record, you must define which Form Template the Form will be using, as well as what other Salesforce records the Form is related to, in the event the Form Template has Field Linked questions on it.
