If you have tried to Register and the process won’t complete or only shows a spinner, please follow these steps to complete the registration process:
- Setup > Settings > Security > Session Settings
- Ensure Lock session to the IP address from which they originated is unchecked.
- Scroll down and click Save.
- Session settings only take effect when you log in to Salesforce so briefly log out of Salesforce and then log back in.
- Navigate back to Youreka’s Get Started Tab and click Activate.
