This article introduces you to the concept of creating URLs that navigate people to forms
Before you get started

Youreka forms have a great deal of flexibility when it comes to how they can be made available to end users. In the most simple of examples, Youreka forms can be filled out from a desktop browser in Salesforce, or on the Youreka Mobile App. In these examples, forms can be created and assigned to users to complete. But sometimes, forms need to be filled out by people outside of your organization--people who perhaps don't even have Salesforce licenses.
Here are some examples where this might be the case:
- You wish to send customers automated emails using Pardot or a different marketing automation solution, which contain links to forms they need fill out - perhaps a Customer Satisfaction survey.
- You wish to make a form available on your website, where web visitors can click on a button and navigate to a form to complete - perhaps some sort of publicly available application process.
- You want to create a button in a Salesforce Community, where Salesforce Community users click and fill out a form
- You want to create a unique form, designed for a specific individual/group of individuals to fill out, and personally send that form to them for completion.
These use cases are all very different. However, the one thing they have in common is that you can use Youreka to address all of them. Youreka's Form URLs are capable of sending people to a form experience. The important thing to consider is, which user experience do you intend to provide?
The articles in this section give details regarding how Form URLs work, in each context listed above.
