When adding questions to a Form Template, you have the option to make them required. This can be helpful because it allows you to ensure that the correct data is being filled out while users are completing forms.
Required questions are set by checking Required in the question editor.
A question will automatically be required if it is a field link to a required field on a Salesforce object. For example, if the question is field linking to the Account object's Name field, you will not have the option of deciding whether or not to make this field required in Youreka's template builder. It will always be required in a Youreka form because it is always required in Salesforce.
When a user fills out a form and neglects to fill out a required field, they will be presented with an error message when trying to submit their form. This is true for both desktop forms and mobile forms. A message is presented at the top of the page indicating how many errors exist, and on which pages those errors are present. The errors are also highlighted next to each question on the form, as seen in the screenshot below.
