Objective
After reading this article, you will understand how to show and hide questions and content within a form.
Before you get started
These articles might be helpful before you read further:
Use dependent picklists to ensure that the correct data is being captured, based on answers to previous questions. Dependent picklists let you determine which picklist values are available to users, based on a previous picklist question in the form. See the example below, where the Region picklist options are being controlled by the Country the user selects.
Youreka honors the dependent picklists that you create in Salesforce Setup (except for picklists dependent upon record type). You can display these dependencies in Youreka by adding the relevant fields to the Form Template as Field Links.
In order to use dependent picklists, you must utilize Field Link questions. Youreka does not support dependent picklists in non-field link questions, or in field link multiselect picklists.
Consider using dependent picklists in tandem with Conditional Display Logic to tailor which information is being shown to your end users at any given time in a form.
