This article demonstrates how Beta participants should install Beta versions of the Youreka mobile app.

If you're participating in our Beta Program, you will likely need to install beta versions of our mobile apps. Because these versions are not generally available, we cannot distribute them via the normal channels (the respective app stores for Android and iOS). Please follow these instructions to install the beta version of our mobile app.
For iOS Devices
Click the provided iOS BETA TestFlight link.
This will take you to a link that explains the steps to install a BETA app from TestFlight. Click View in App Store in Step 1.
Once in the App Store, install the TestFlight app.
Once the TestFlight App is installed you should see “Youreka Mobile” as one of your apps. If you do not, click the TestFlight link again that was provided in step 1. If you see an Accept button, click it. If you see an Install button, click it.
You will see info about the app. Click through the prompts until you get to the app.
For Android Devices
To include a device in the beta testing program, please provide the email address that is used on the Android device to your Customer Success Manager.
Access the provided Android BETA Testing link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.synaptic.yourekamobile
You may need to log in using your device Android Account.
Once you get to the screen that says Youreka Mobile (Beta), click Install.
