Youreka for Windows Offline
Introducing Youreka app availability on Windows devices. Now field workers that use Windows can get the full power of Youreka. Leveraging the Luminix Pulsar app you can view and complete all forms, anytime – online or offline.
Many customers use Windows computers and tablets in the field, now they can leverage Youreka forms alongside other Pulsar Salesforce apps, even offline.

Youreka in Salesforce Field Service Mobile (Beta)
Youreka leverages the Field Service Mobile capabilities of Salesforce with a new Lightning Web Component (LWC) that will allow field workers to complete forms within the same app.
**NOTE: This requires activation by Salesforce of the LWC Pilot. Please contact your Salesforce Sales Rep to activate the feature.**
One app solution where field workers can complete their Work Orders and Forms in the same place. Use configurable no code forms within the SFS Mobile app.
Field workers can receive their schedule and work orders in the Salesforce Field Service mobile app, run any flows or work plans and then capture the needed Youreka Forms all within the same app.

Setup the Youreka LWC (Lighting Web Components) within Salesforce Field Service Mobile Settings. Launch the Complete Forms LWC on the Form Object. For additional details please visit our Knowledge Base article.
3D Model Integration
Empower field workers by giving full access to 3D models from Threekit directly within Youreka forms. These 3D models can be embedded as part of a procedure or process while completing work on site.
When technicians are servicing or inspecting items while in the field, the Threekit integration allows them to have access to a 3D model of the piece of equipment they are working with. This 3D model allows them to virtually spin around, zoom in and work with complex asset explosion models as part of field service procedures.
In addition, the Threekit Augmented Reality experience will enable your mobile workforce to showcase assets during a sales conversation, allowing your customer to visualize the product in their physical space.
How to Setup
Setup ThreeKit integration in your Salesforce Org. Add the 3D Models to the Youreka Form Templates and then field workers can interact with the models in their forms. For additional details please visit our Knowledge Base article.
Industry-focused Accelerator Templates
The goal of Youreka’s Accelerator packages are to help customers get immediate value for their investment with prebuilt fields, objects, automation, mobile field sets and form templates all included within the package.
This release includes a Manufacturing Accelerator package and a Health and Life Sciences Accelerator package. The Manufacturing Accelerator has 10 templates, including Equipment Install Preparation and Pre-Word Safety Checklist. The Health and Life Sciences Accelerator offers 12 templates, including General Health Assessment and Patient Discharge Form.
How to Setup

Date Formulas add the ability to calculate the difference between two dates or date/times. The result will be a value in a specified unit (years, months, days, hours, minutes, or seconds).
Give users the ability to view multiple date/time fields, and quickly understand how many minutes, hours, days are in between the two date/times. This feature’s outcomes display an elapsed time. This value can then be used to determine display logic, such as questions based upon a threshold being exceeded or not.
Calculate the difference between an end time and a start time for a process being guided through in the form and use the resulting number to conditionally show or hide questions or free text fields.
Calculate the number of months between purchase date and date of repair, apply the result to determine whether to proceed with an in-warranty or out-of-warranty question.
How to Setup
The calculation is set up in template builder with a number question as a difference between two date questions or two date/time questions. For example, when selecting the first value: a date only question, the following question will require the same value type, another date only option. Similarly, if a date/time question is chosen as the first question, the second question selection will only show date/time questions. For additional details please visit our Knowledge Base article.
Enhanced Lookup Filters
Multiple enhancements to Lookup Filters will increase accuracy and speed when selecting related records during form completion. Admins can configure up to three filters and are able to reference data from other questions including field linked records. This will ensure mobile workers capture correct data, quicker by limiting the options they can select in a lookup based on answers from previous questions.
When admins are creating filters on their custom formulas on questions, having Record-driven Lookup can prevent user mistakes by only offering lookup values that are allowed. Also, they help users find relevant items faster.
Starting with a Parent Record that has a Price Book selected on it (Work Order, Opportunity etc.), users then create child records and select a Product Entry that limits the Products shown to only those from the Parent’s Price Book. This reduces inconsistency and validation errors.
On a form, the medical insurance provider and the ICD 10 code for an illness are both specified. A lookup to medications should only show medications that are used for the ICD 10 code, and medications that the insurer has approved.
On a form, the type of job (residential vs. commercial) is specified. In addition, the season (summer/winter) is specified for a roof repair. The pricing returned for specific repair items that need to be provided (scaffolding, roof tile, etc.) needs to be based upon the options selected from job type and season.

Minor New Features and Fixes
- The Youreka form LWC now loads the correct form when several are open in multiple tabs.
- “Self” field links are now correctly populating when filling out forms offline. Users should no longer be presented with a “server error” in rare occurrences after authenticating.
- Form submission behavior now handles values with “#” and other special characters included.
