I'm writing to share an important update to our Youreka support policy. Beginning with our Newton release (currently scheduled for Monday, October 24th, 2022), we will adjust our support policy to include only the current release and two prior versions. This means, after the 24th, support will be limited to the Lumen, Megawatt and Newton releases (versions 2.500 and newer).*
Who will this impact?
After October 24th, any customer using a version prior to the Lumen release.
What does this mean for you?
We will continue to answer product-related questions for all of our customers regardless of the version. However, we will no longer be able to support technical issues unless you are leveraging the Lumen, Megawatt or Newton release. In addition, patches will only be provided to resolve high priority or critical bugs for Megawatt and Newton releases.
Why is our policy changing?
By focusing support on the most recent releases, our efforts go toward building a better, more innovative product for you.
What action is needed?
If you are using a version of Youreka prior to Lumen, please prepare a testing plan to begin with the Newton release.
